Residencial Complex

A wide program to make this familiar residential complex, with three single family houses, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, one paddle tennis court and some social rooms.

Houses are composed by two volumes (day volume and night volume) articulated by the staircase. The day volume is facing the south, getting the good light; and night volume is rotated to maximize the use of the plot. Materials in the façade contrast the passage of time, with traditional mortar and modern HPL panels.
